Fueled by a fierce determination to protect people and their investments, I decided a decade ago that it was time to raise the customer service bar in the real estate industry and that passion has led me to where I am now.
Having worn different hats in the industry, from agent to transaction manager, I have gained a unique perspective that sets me apart from the average professional. I bring a personal touch to my work, blending my empathetic nature with a keen eye for detail. In addition to that, with three years at the helm of a brokerage's transaction department, I not only managed but excelled, leading me to a fateful encounter with my now-business partner, Kim.
Together, Kim and I are in perfect alignment on a mission to reform the industry standards, putting a spotlight on the people aspect of the business.
